1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeetbozz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the jeetbozz website, mobile interface, betting markets, casino games, and all associated services offered through the platform.

By registering an account on jeetbozz, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

jeetbozz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

1.1 Scope of Services

jeetbozz provides online sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot games, crash and instant games, and associated account management and payment services to registered players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are accessible via desktop browser and mobile browser without requiring any application download.

1.2 Language of Agreement

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict. The governing language for all dispute resolution, correspondence, and legal interpretation is English.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to jeetbozz is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Access by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own personal account. Registration on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jeetbozz or any other regulated gaming platform, that remains active at the time of registration or access.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of jeetbozz or any of its technology, payment, or game-supply partners.
• You are accessing jeetbozz for personal entertainment purposes only, and not for professional arbitrage, coordinated betting syndicate activity, or any commercial purpose without express written consent.

2.1 Age Verification

jeetbozz may at any time request documentary evidence of age from any registered player. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until satisfactory age verification is completed, jeetbozz reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict access to certain features. Any account determined to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to such an account will be reviewed, and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on jeetbozz. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different device identifiers, or different payment method details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all bonus balances held within them.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. jeetbozz is not responsible for any account access issues, failed payment notifications, or missed communications resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbozz account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. jeetbozz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether it was actually carried out by you personally.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the jeetbozz support team immediately via live chat.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings. This is available at no cost to all registered players on all major Bangladeshi mobile operators.
• Use a strong, unique password for your jeetbozz account that is not reused across other services.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jeetbozz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeetbozz does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual mobile financial service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transfer fees in accordance with their own published fee schedules, which are outside jeetbozz's control.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, subject to processing fees.
• Accepted deposit channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jeetbozz account balance within minutes of a confirmed transaction. During periods of high platform traffic (such as BPL match days), crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit has not reflected after 60 minutes, contact live chat support with your transaction reference number.
• jeetbozz reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit above a specified threshold as part of its account verification and anti-fraud procedures.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, unless account verification procedures have been completed and an alternative has been approved by the support team.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours may take up to 12 hours.
• A player must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. jeetbozz reserves the right to request National Identity Card (NID) documentation or equivalent before releasing funds.
• Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balances are eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jeetbozz maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any account suspected of being used to launder funds, conduct structuring transactions, or engage in any other financial crime will be suspended immediately. All relevant transaction records will be preserved and may be shared with appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. jeetbozz reserves the right to withhold funds from any account under AML investigation pending the outcome of that investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jeetbozz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using additional accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are added to a separate bonus balance. Winnings generated from bonus play are credited to the bonus balance until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, at which point cleared winnings transfer to the real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods for each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before accepting any bonus.
• jeetbozz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel an active bonus in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or material breach of this Agreement by the player.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before their active bonus wagering requirement is met, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings derived from that bonus may be forfeited at jeetbozz's discretion.

5.2 Promotional Integrity

jeetbozz actively monitors player activity for patterns indicative of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, coordinated wagering between connected accounts, placing opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of free bet or cashback structures. Where such activity is detected, jeetbozz reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the accounts involved without prior notice.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jeetbozz, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. The following conducts are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Match fixing and cheating: Placing bets on any sporting event that you know or have reasonable grounds to suspect is the subject of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt manipulation.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, access game outcomes, or interact with the jeetbozz platform in a way not available through the standard user interface.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your jeetbozz account, whether or not that person is known to you.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with a payment provider in bad faith after services have been rendered by jeetbozz.
• Abuse of support staff: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language toward any member of the jeetbozz customer support team.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to access the platform.
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, game malfunction, or pricing error to place bets at incorrect odds. Any winnings derived from such errors will be voided.

jeetbozz reserves the right to determine, at its sole reasonable discretion, whether any activity constitutes a breach of this section. Where a breach is found, jeetbozz may suspend the account, void affected bets and winnings, withhold funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jeetbozz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity involving the account.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Death of the account holder, subject to appropriate documentation being provided by the estate.
• A legally binding court order or instruction from a competent authority directing account restriction.
• Determination that the account belongs to a person who is ineligible under Section 2 of this Agreement.

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your jeetbozz account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled at their natural conclusion, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus balances) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under this Agreement prior to the closure date.

7.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jeetbozz will send a notification email to the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a re-verification step.

8. Limitation of Liability

jeetbozz provides the platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free service, jeetbozz does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical errors, or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

8.1 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetbozz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss suffered by any player arising from use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or financial loss arising from technical failures, payment processing delays, or game malfunctions.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a game or system malfunction during an active betting session, jeetbozz reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account balance. This applies to both casino games and sports betting markets affected by data feed or settlement errors. jeetbozz's decision on the handling of technical malfunction incidents is final, subject to the dispute process outlined in Section 1.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
